Visualshapers is run by Marek Lyczba. Clients work directly with the person investigating the problem, shaping the solution and building the technical result. The site does not suggest a larger team than there really is.
First understand what is actually needed. Then make the problem smaller and more concrete, build something that works, test it and refine it. Technology is a means, not the end goal.

The forms on the homepage are always moving. Move through them and the flow changes: one form reacts, others are carried with it, and a circular movement keeps working for a while.
Visualshapers approaches problems in much the same way. Systems, people and processes are already in motion. The aim is not to rebuild everything, but to understand what is moving and introduce the right change where it can make the whole work better.
That may mean a product, integration, automation, prototype or technical investigation. A good solution creates movement without chaos - and keeps working after the intervention is gone.
